I’m seriously just drooling looking at this picture of these roasted potatoes and onions. Don’t they just look heavenly? Alright listen, I’m just going to cut to the point on this one. My Hubby hardly ever cooks. But, when he does his recipes turn out great. I took his Foiled Onions and Potato recipe and sped them up a little bit by using Yukon Gold Potatoes so there is ZERO potato peeling going on. I also roast these potatoes on the Large Bar Pan from Pampered Chef simply because this pan retains heat and cooks them much faster than a traditional baking sheet.
In fact, I love the Large Bar Pan so much I actually have two of them now 😉 I am a Pampered Chef Independent Consultant so I try and take advantage of those discounts when I can.

- 5 Gold Potatoes, chunked
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion, diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 4 TBSP Olive Ooil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Toss all the ingredients on a large bar pan stone.
- Cook for 25-35 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Plate and serve.
