Instructions
Place 1 C tomato sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 pan you’ll be making the lasagna in. This makes sure the noodles don’t stick.
Place 3-4 lasagna noodles on the bottom for your first layer making sure they overlap a bit.
Spoon and spread ricotta cheese.
Place 3-4 lasagna noodles ensuring they continue to overlap.
Laddle Spaghetti Sauce onto the top of the lasagna noodles. Make sure to coat all of the noodles.
Top spaghetti sauce with half of the mozzarella cheese, spinach, basil and garlic. You want the cheese to hold the noodles.
Layer with remaining 3-4 lasagna noodles, again making sure they overlap.
Laddie the remaining spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Be sure that the noodles are completely covered in the spaghetti sauce. If not, add in the remaining cup of tomato sauce. If the noodles aren’t all coated they will dry out in the oven.
Cook in the oven, covered with aluminum foil on 350 for 20-25 minutes. Pull off the aluminum foil and let cook for another 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serve with Garlic Bread and a salad for a complete meal.
