block Velveeta Cheese

can Rotel
Instructions
Brown sausage in skillet, drain
Halve and Quarter the Velveeta, then dice. This helps to melt in crock pot.
Place Velveeta, cooked sausage and rotel in crock pot.
Set Crock Pot on low and let cook for about an hour.
Place rye bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes until crisp. Place a tablespoon of Sausage Hanky on top of the rye bread. Enjoy!
Serve on rye bread as a perfect appetizer for any party! (Can be left on low all day so guests can serve themselves as they please.)
