Ingredients
1Box Vanilla pudding
1 ½cSkim Milk
Angel Food Cakebought from my local bakery!
2oz.Semi Sweet Chocolate Morselsor melting chocolate will work too
1TBSPButter
2TBSPCold Milk
1cPowdered Sugar
Instructions
In a medium bowl make your pudding by pouring in the packet of vanilla pudding with 1 ½ C cold milk. The box will say 2 C, but, go with me on this! Stir until combined and place in fridge.
In a small sauce pan place 2 TBSP milk, butter, and chocolate morsels on medium low heat. Mix until the butter and morsels have melted. You can always use the Hershey Syrup Recipe as well. The syrup won't be as thick, but, you can use if you have on hand or don't like melting chocolate!
Stir in the powdered sugar to your chocolate mixture. Using a whisk dissolve the powdered sugar and set aside.
Slice your Angel Food Cake about ½" thick. Using biscuit cutters use the one that's a size smaller than the glass you'll be serving your Boston Creme Shooters from. For me I used wine glasses (I needed tall shot glasses, but, have sick kids on my hands!). You can serve these in ice cream bowls or regular glass cups for all I care! It all tastes the same.
Place one piece of Angel Food Cake in the bottom of your dish. Layer with a TBSP of vanilla pudding. Place another piece of Angel Food Cake and TBSP vanilla pudding two more times. Your tower is now complete!
Once the chocolate syrup is cooled (or right before serving) spoon onto the top of the Boston Creme tower and let it drop down the sides.
