A Cinnamon and Sugar donut recipe that won't disappoint and ready to eat in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients
Donut
1cflour
1 /3csugar
1tspbaking powder
1tspground cinnamon
⅛tspsalt
1tspvanilla
⅓c+ 1 TBSP milk
1egg
1TBSPoil
Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture
3TBSPSugar
2TBSPGround Cinnamon
2TBSPbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.
Add in vanilla, milk, egg and oil. Combine until mixed. You don't want to over mix the batter.
Place mixture in a piping bag. If you don't have a piping bag stick a ziploc bag into a short glass and fold the bag over the glass. Using a large spoon place mixture into the bag. Seal the bag removing the air. Snip the corner of the bag and pipe into your donut pan.
Bake your donut for 8-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While your donuts are baking mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the topping and melt the butter.
Once your donuts have cooled brush the top of the donuts with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Let set for 5-10 minutes.
