A super simple blueberry french toast recipe that can be made the night before, let marinate overnight and popped in the oven while you are getting ready to face the day!

Ingredients
1Loaf Ciabatta breadany thicker style bread will do, cut into ½" chunks
2 ½CMilk
2TSPVanilla
4Eggs
1pintblueberries
1TBSPCinnamon
1 ½CBrown Sugar
4TBSPButter
2TSPFlour
1TSPCinnamon
½TSPNutmeg
Instructions
You guys it doesn't get much easier than this!
In a medium bowl mix the milk, vanilla and eggs.
In a separate bowl mix together cinnamon, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, whisk until combined.
Add butter to cinnamon mixture, set aside.
In a 9x13 baking dish grease it lightly.
Place bread cubes into dish and pour the milk mixture over the entire dish.
Sprinkle in blueberries.
Using clean hands (or a large spoon) mix the milk mixture ensuring every piece of bread is covered. If not it will dry out during baking and will be hard to eat.
Now you can cover and let sit in the refrigerator over night or you can cook right away.
You will want to place the cinnamon/sugar mixture on just prior to placing in the oven.
When are ready to cook place in a 350 degree oven for 25-25 minutes.
