Steak Kabob Pasta

A spin on the traditional Steak Kabob recipe with a Steak Kabob Pasta recipe. Sometimes you just need to switch things up a bit!

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 lbs. Steak Stir Fry is easiest
  • 1 Box Spaghetti Noodles cooked and drained
  • 1/2 bottle Dale Sauce Low Sodium
  • 2 TSBP Vegetable Oil
  • 1 C Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Large Green Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion diced
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Cumin
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • In a large skillet coat pan with oil.
  • Cook steak in skilled until cooked through.
  • Remove the steak from skillet and let drain on paper towels.
  • Place pepper, onion, cumin, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper into vegetable mixture, cooking until translucent (3-5 minutes).
  • While veggies are cooking dice steak and place into skillet.
  • Add in tomatoes and Dale Sauce to the skillet, allow to heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Plate noodles and spoon steak kabob mixture over the top of noodles and serve.
