Mix together in a small bowl the sugar and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl use a mixer to whip the butter.
Once the butter is whipped (3-4 minutes) mix the cinnamon/sugar mixture. If you like a stronger cinnamon taste you’ll wanna add about 5-6 tbps.
Be sure to use a ziploc container to save your yummy goodness. You can add on top of pancakes, toast or a english muffin for a great start to your morning or even a roll at dinner time! This recipe would also make a great gift to that special foodie in your life or even a new Mommy!
