These Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars are a great afternoon snack, a quick dessert to take to a fall party or just to enjoy on a Sunday evening surrounded my family.

4TBSPUnsalted Butterroom temp
¼CLight Brown Sugar
¼CHoney
¾CPumpkin
1 ½COld Fashion Oats
1CWhole Wheat FlourAll Purpose works too
1TSPBaking Soda
1TSPGround Cinnamon
¼TSPNutmeg
½TSPSalt
½CChocolate Chips
Instructions
In a large bowl mix butter, brown sugar and honey.
Add in pure pumpkin and stir.
Next mix in oats and flour.
Add in baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt, stir until mixed well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
In a 8x8 baking dish spray with non stick spray.
Pour mixture into the pan and spread until even.
In a preheated oven on 350 degrees bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut with a sharp knife to serve.
