Butter Keto Burger Recipe (Fat Bomb, Low Carb)

Servings 4 burgers
- 2 pounds ground hamburger meat
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter, slightly softened
Combine hamburger meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl. Combine well.
Turn out hamburger mixture and shape into a disc. Evenly score the surface in a cross with your hand, then form into patties using the score as your guide. Form into patties.
Press one tablespoon of butter into the center of each patty and form the patty around the butter. Make sure no butter is showing through the meat.
If cooking on a grill, cook for approximately 7-8 minutes per side depending on the temperature of your grill. Make sure you watch the burgers on the grill. The added fat may cause flare-ups. You may cook them on a piece of foil to avoid this.
If cooking in a pan, cook on medium heat for 8-9 minutes on each side. This will result in a medium burger.
