Make this Creamy Tuscan Chicken in the slow cooker

Ingredients
4-5medium sized chicken breasts
1can diced tomatoesdrained (14.5 oz)
½cupchicken broth
1 ½cupsheavy cream
1cupshredded parmesan cheese
1tablespoonherbs de provence
½teaspoonsea salt
4ozfresh baby spinachapproximately 2 handfuls
Instructions
Place chicken into bottom of your slow cooker. Top chicken with sea salt, pepper, and herbs de provence. Then add in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Place on low for 6 - 6 ½ hours or high for 3 hours.
Once done, add in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Gently stir and allow to cook for an additional 30 minutes. Stir gently until cheese has melted into the heavy cream.
Finally, add in baby spinach. Fold into the hot liquid of your chicken. Cover with lid for 2-3 minutes. Remove lid and gently fold ingredients. Serve.
