This soup is a favorite at our house. It's loaded with flavor, and so good even the pickiest of eaters will finish this bowl of soup.

Ingredients
8Large white potatos - peeled and cubed
2large sweet onions - peeled and chopped
3stalks of celerywashed and sliced
1Tablespoonof minced garlic
8cupsof chicken broth
½cupof heavy cream
½cupof shredded cheddar cheese
½cupof shredded Parmesan cheese
¼cupof shredded white cheddar cheese
1Tablespoonof coarse ground garlic salt
1Tablespoonof seasoned pepper
Shredded cheddar jack cheese - for topping
Chopped green onion - for topping
crumbled bacon - for topping
Instructions
Pour the chicken broth and heavy cream into the Instant Pot, and add the Potato's, onions, celery, garlic, all cheeses, garlic salt and pepper, and stir well.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot until it beeps and locks. Make sure the Valve is set to sealing and press the 'Soup' setting on the Instant Pot. Allow the Instant Pot to automatically build and release the pressure.
Once Soup is finished, Instant Pot will beep and go to keep warm. Make sure pressure valve is down, and remove lid.
Stir soup well to mix all ingredients.
Put soup in bowls, and top with cheddar jack shredded cheese, chopped green onion and crumbled bacon.
Serve with crusty bread or crackers for a delicious hearty meal. Enjoy!
