Ingredients
¼CHeavy Whipping Cream
½tspvanilla
½cgreek yogurtbanana flavored
½choney nut cheerios
⅓csemisweet morsels
2tbsphoney
½cpeanut butter
½cbananas
½strawberries
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Whip until you get stiff peaks, about 3-4 minutes with a hand mixer.
In a large bowl, combine greek yogurt, cheerios, morsels, and honey.
In a microwave-safe dish, heat up peanut butter for 30-45 seconds until it becomes a runny consistency. This makes working with peanut butter a lot easier!
Pour peanut butter into the Cheerios mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in whipped cream, bananas and chocolate chips.
In a bread loaf pan, spray with nonstick cooking spray and line with plastic wrap. Make sure the plastic wrap is long enough on both sides to fold over.
Place the mixture into an even layer in the bottom of the loaf pan.
If you have extra bananas and strawberries, dice up about ⅓ c and sprinkle onto the top. I also had mini chocolate chips on hand!
Fold both sides of the plastic wrap up and place in the freezer overnight.
Flip out the Cereal Yogurt Parfait onto a serving plate or dish. Unwrap the plastic wrap. Serve and enjoy!
