  • 16 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Combine macaroni shells, butter, and salt, and water into your pressure cooker. Place the lid on in the sealing position and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Do a quick release after the 4 minutes.
  • Add in the evaporated milk and cheese and stir until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!
