Ingredients
16oz.elbow macaroni
4tbspbutter
1tspsalt
4cupswater
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1cupevaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine macaroni shells, butter, and salt, and water into your pressure cooker. Place the lid on in the sealing position and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
Do a quick release after the 4 minutes.
Add in the evaporated milk and cheese and stir until the cheese is completely melted.
Add in salt and pepper to taste.
