½cuphoney
½cupGrandma's molasses
1Tablespoonrice wine vinegar
¼cupbrown sugar
1TablespoonHoney Dijon Mustard
¼cupKetchup
1teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
In the Ziploc bag, add the flour, baking powder, garlic salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and Italian seasoning, and zip the top of the bag, making sure it's sealed.
Shake all ingredients together until completely blended. Salt and pepper the wings, and drop them about a pound at a time into the bag, and shake to coat.
Spray a large dish, 11 X 14 or larger, with cooking spray, then place the olive oil in the dish, along with the butter, and heat to melt the butter, in a 350-degree oven.
When the butter is melted, remove the dish from the oven, and add chicken wings to the dish, until all wings have been added, and place the dish back in the oven. Bake wings for 1 hour, turning over a couple of times until they are golden brown.
While wings are baking, make the sauce: In a large saucepan, add the Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, honey, molasses, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, and garlic powder, and heat until sauce boils.
Turn heat to low, and simmer until wings are done.
When wings are done, turn OVEN OFF, remove the dish from the oven, and pour the sauce over wings in the baking dish.
Turn wings in sauce with a large spoon to coat them, and return the dish to the oven for 10 minutes. Remove dish from the oven, and serve wings with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
