You can make it to have on hand during the whole month of Halloween, and serve it when friends come over, or while everyone is watching television or the big game. Ingredients
3cupsChex mixRice, Corn, or Wheat
1cupmilk chocolate chips - melted
1package of ready-made browniescrumbled
4squaresAlmond barkor white melting chocolate
¼cuppurple sprinkles
¼cuporange sprinkles
¼cuplime green sprinkles
1packagecandy eyes
1teaspoonorange food coloring
Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
In a large bowl, melt the Milk chocolate chips in the microwave on 10-second intervals until it's smooth.
Pour the Chex mix into the bowl, and stir the cereal in the melted chocolate until it's coated.
In a separate bowl, melt the 4 squares of Almond bark white melting chocolate on 10-second intervals in the microwave, until it's completely smooth.
Place the crumbled brownies on the parchment paper, and pour the chocolate-coated Chex mix on top of the brownies on the cookie sheet, and spread out to a single layer.
Drizzle HALF of the melted white chocolate over the Chex mix.
Pour the teaspoon of orange food coloring into the remaining melted white chocolate, and stir well to blend. Drizzle the orange-colored white chocolate over the Chex mix, and brownies.
Sprinkle the purple, orange, and green sprinkles over the chocolate drizzled Chex mix, and then scatter the candy eyes on top of the sprinkles.
Allow the chocolate to dry on the brownie/Chex mix, and then remove to an airtight container, and place in the refrigerator.
Serve when ready to eat. May be kept in the refrigerator for up to one week. Enjoy!
