The flavors in this Chipotle Corn Recipe are heavenly! A little bite from the corn and red onion play with the creaminess of the queso fresco and the cilantro brings in a bit of freshness. The chipotle mayo brings the corn recipe all together without being too overpowering and giving it a little bit of smokiness and heat.
