Ingredients

ready-made mini pie crusts
¼
small onion, finely diced

tbsp
butter
¼
c
broccoli, chopped into mini florets
¼
c
cheddar cheese, grated

eggs
½
c
3.25% milk
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Once the oven is preheated, bake your mini pie crusts for about 8 minutes.
In a buttered medium-sized skillet, start browning your onions over medium heat.
Place the browned onions, broccoli, and cheddar cheese into your baked pie crusts (about 1 teaspoon of each ingredient).
Whisk together eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into each of your mini crusts.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until quiche is set. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
