Instructions
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roast pecans on 350 for 6-8 minutes until they become fragrant and release their oils.
In a large skillet, melt together coconut oil, sugar, and cinnamon. Stirring until sugar dissolves.
Turn heat off and stir in pecans, tossing together until pecans are coated.
Place pecans back onto baking sheet and bake for another 6-8 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Serve and enjoy the delicious pecans & the smell of your home!
