Boxes Duncan Hines Red Velvet cake mix

large eggs

C
unsalted sweet cream butter
softened
2
tsp
vanilla extract
1 ½
C
chocolate chunks plus ½ C to add to the topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper
Using a standing mixer, beat together the cake mix, egg, butter and vanilla until combined
Fold in the 1 ½ C of chocolate chunks
Press the batter into the baking dish and top with the remaining ½ C of chocolate chunks
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and enjoying!
