Ingredients
1package of frozen riced cauliflower12 - 16 ounces
1medium sweet onion - chopped
1green bell pepper - chopped
1red bell pepper - chopped
4carrots - chopped
1teaspoonof minced garlic
2Tablespoonsof Olive oil
4Tablespoonsof soy sauce
2Tablespoonsof water
1chicken bouillon cube
1teaspoonof coarse ground garlic salt
1teaspoonof seasoned salt
1teaspoonof seasoned pepper
1teaspoonof ground ginger
Instructions
In a non-stick skillet, add the olive oil, and heat it for about 1 minute on medium. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and carrots, and saute until golden brown.
Add the soy sauce, 2 Tablespoon of water, and the chicken bouillon cube stir, and cook until the bouillon cube melts.
Remove the cauliflower from the freezer, and break up the riced cauliflower in the bag before opening. Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet, and cook until all liquid has been absorbed. Add the minced garlic, garlic salt, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, and ground ginger, stir and cook until cauliflower is a little browned.
Remove skillet from heat, and serve immediately. Enjoy
