½cupfrozen pineapple
1cupmilk of your choicealmond, 1%, soy, etc.

1whole banana cut into slicesfor garnishing
Chia seedsfor garnishing
Almond sliversfor garnishing
Cantaloupe cut into flat pieces

Instructions
In a blender, blend strawberries, pineapple, and milk. Add honey and then blend some more. Pour into bowl.
Garnish with banana slices, chia seeds, and almonds.
Using your cookie cutter, cut out hearts from your cantaloupe. Place carefully on top of your smoothie bowl.
