Instant Pot Rodeo Sloppy Joes

frozen breaded onion rings

Instructions
In your Instant Pot using the saute function on saute the onions and peppers until they are just starting to get tender.
To the pot add the ground beef and brown.
Turn the Instant Pot off and stir in the water, gently scraping the bottom to deglaze.
Add in the bbq sauce, brown sugar, worcheshire sauce and oatmeal.
Stir to combine.
Put the lid on and switch to sealing.
Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes and let it natural release for 10.
Meanwhile bake or air fry your onion rings till they are crispy.
Remove the lid and stir.
The sloppy joe mixture will thicken up as it sits.
Now assemble your sloppy joes.
Place a slice of cheddar on the bottom and 2 slices of bacon.
Add a big scoop of the sloppy joe mixture.
Top with a crispy onion ring, bun and serve!!
