Place pork chops in the crock pot, then add the mushrooms.
In a small bowl, mix mushroom soup, sour cream and ranch package, pour over pork chops. This will seem thick, but as the meat cooks it releases juices and thins the gravy.
Turn crockpot on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Stir the pork chops after 2 hours to help mix in the juices.
Serve over noodles or rice.

Tip: Bone-in pork chops stay juicier, and cooking them slowly on low helps keep them from drying out. Tip: Taste before adding salt to your rice or noodles as the gravy is already very salty. You can use half the ranch packet for a less salty version.
