1 30ouncepackage Frozen hash browns
1tablespoonsalt
1tablespoonpepper
1 ½CupMilk
12eggs
1Cupshredded cheddar cheese
Optional: If desired you can add in spinachbell peppers, or mushrooms if desired!
Instructions
In a skillet cook and crumble sausage on medium heat. Cook until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Whisk it all together. If desired, add in your cheese or any other vegetables here.
In your slow cooker grease it thoroughly. Place the frozen hash browns, onions, and sausage inside the slow cooker. Mix this together.
Pour egg mixture on top of hash brown mixture and stir to fully combine. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with hot sauce, biscuits, toast, more cheese, or fresh green onions!
