1lb.Shrimpdeveined
½Container Wholly Guacamole Layered Dips Spicy Pico and Guacamole
2-4TBSPMcCormick Cajun Seasoningdepending on the heat level you enjoy!
5TBSPOlive Oilseparate
1CHunt's Tomato Sauce
Feta or Queso Fresco Cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together Shrimp, Cajun Seasoning and 2 TBSP Olive Oil.
On a Large Bar Pan (or similar) place shrimp and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
While shrimp is cooking, mix together Wholly Guacamole Layered Dips, tomato sauce and 2 TBSP Olive Oil. Add more olive oil depending on the consistency that you like.
Plate noodles, top with guacamole sauce and shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil, top with cheese and juice of lime.
