Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp deveined
  • 1/2 Container Wholly Guacamole Layered Dips Spicy Pico and Guacamole
  • 2-4 TBSP McCormick Cajun Seasoning depending on the heat level you enjoy!
  • 5 TBSP Olive Oil separate
  • 1 C Hunt's Tomato Sauce
  • Feta or Queso Fresco Cheese

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together Shrimp, Cajun Seasoning and 2 TBSP Olive Oil.
  • On a Large Bar Pan (or similar) place shrimp and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  • While shrimp is cooking, mix together Wholly Guacamole Layered Dips, tomato sauce and 2 TBSP Olive Oil. Add more olive oil depending on the consistency that you like.
  • Plate noodles, top with guacamole sauce and shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil, top with cheese and juice of lime.
