This Spicy Shrimp Pasta recipe was inspired from a popular Spicy Guacamole Bite recipe!
So a month or so ago, I saw this Shrimp Guacamole Bites video from Well Plated. It was then that I had an idea to turn it into a pasta recipe and that’s just what I did baby!
You see inspiration for recipes is EVERYWHERE. Where do you go to when you need to find inspiration for new recipes?
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Shrimp, deveined
- ½ Container Wholly Guacamole Layered Dips Spicy Pico and Guacamole
- 1 TBSP Garlic, Minced
- 2-4 TBSP McCormick Cajun Seasoning (depending on the heat level you enjoy!)
- 5 TBSP Olive Oil, separate
- 1 C Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
- Feta or Queso Fresco Cheese
- Noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 lime, halved for juice
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl mix together Shrimp, Cajun Seasoning, lime juice of ½ a lime and 2 TBSP Olive Oil.
- On a Large Pan place shrimp and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
- While shrimp is cooking, mix together Wholly Guacamole Layered Dips, tomato sauce and 2 TBSP Olive Oil. Add more olive oil depending on the consistency that you like.
- Plate noodles, top with guacamole sauce and shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil, top with cheese and juice of lime.

Spicy Shrimp Pasta + Video
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp deveined

- 5 TBSP Olive Oil separate
- 1 C Hunt's Tomato Sauce
- Feta or Queso Fresco Cheese
Instructions

- On a Large Bar Pan (or similar) place shrimp and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
