6-8Applesany color will do, peeled and diced

2CAll Purpose Unbleached Flour

Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 350.
Peel and dice apples, coat with Ground Cinnamon, set aside.
In a large bowl mix together sugar, flour, oats and butter with your hands until combined and crumbly.
Lightly grease baking dish or skillet.
Place apples in baking dish or skillet and top with crumbly topping, spread evenly.
Cook in oven for 35-45 minutes until apples have softened and the crumb topping has become golden brown.
Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
Top with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce for a delicious sweet treat!
