My Favorite Way to Eat Green Beans, Onion & Garlic
A versatile way to eat green beans. You can make this recipe so many ways. I prefer the no meat method while my kids prefer the bacon method and my husband prefers the ham method! You can't loose either way!

Ingredients
5Handfuls Green Beansmaybe 1 ½ lbs
½Yellow OnionDiced
3ClovesGarlicMinced
2TBSPOlive Oil or Butter
Sea Salt & Pepper to Taste
Cooked Bacon or Hamoptional
Instructions
In a large pot boil green beans for about 6-8 minutes. The color will become brighter, that's when you need to drain.
In a skillet place oil, onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.
Pat green beans dry and place into skillet.
Toss the green beans, onion and garlic until the green beans are coated.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
If you have bacon or ham to add you'll want to add that in with the onions and garlic to heat up.
