Chocolate Cookie Truffles

These Chocolate Cookie Truffles are over the top. I love to make these and keep in the freezer for a late night snack or for those unexpected guests!

  • 24 Oreos
  • 6 oz. Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
  • 12 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate


  • In a food processor pour in half package of Oreo's and blend until fine. Add in existing Oreo's and repeat.
  • Add in 2 TBSP of of cream cheese at a time to the food processor incorporating until blended and mixed well.
  • Use a cookie scoop and roll dough into balls placing cookie dough on a large baking sheet, repeat until dough has been used.
  • Place dough in the refrigerator.
  • In a double boiler (or microwave) melt chocolate.
  • Once the dough has chilled for 10-15 minutes place round dough into the chocolate one at a time. Using a spoon flip over in chocolate to coat all sides, place on wax paper or baking mat.
  • Continue dipping the dough until have all been covered.
  • Before the chocolate sets you can place sprinkles, drizzle chocolate or top with chopped Oreo's for a wonderful presentation!
