  • 4 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 C Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder


  • Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined.
  • Pour into a glass and serve!



This can be for 1-2 people. I often serve split one for myself and another for the littles.
