Ingredients
1CBrown Sugar
1 ⅓CUnbleached All Purpose Flour
½CNestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1Stick½ C Unsalted Butter, Softened
¼tspSalt
1tspPure Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In a large bowl (or stand mixer) cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
Stir in flour, salt and vanilla extract.
Using a large spoon or spatula stir in chocolate chips.
Place in Pampered Chef Brownie Pan to freeze.
In a Pampered Chef Small MicroCooker (or Double Boiler) melt chocolate in microwave.
Remove cookie dough from brownie pan and place a tablespoon of melted chocolate into each spot in the Brownie Pan. Put the Cookie Dough onto top and cover with more melted chocolate.
Freeze for a minimum of an hour to set up and for the chocolate to harden.
Remove from freezer 20-30 minutes prior to eating to allow the bars to soften up.
