Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars

Do you like cookie dough? Do you love Klondike bars? You are going to love my Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars! These no bake cookie dough bars are so good, you will want to keep them stocked in the house all the time.

Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars

I have a weakness for Cookie Dough. So does just about everyone I know. These no bake cookie dough bars, which taste like a Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bar, is something I can not live without. Since this recipe is based off my  Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough recipe, I know it is a recipe that the kids love. When it is dipped in chocolate, come on, who isn’t going to want to eat it.

What to Serve with this Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars

So, while there might not be anything you want to serve with these no bake cookie dough bars, you will need some meal ideas for before or after. I used my favorite Brownie Pan which I was able to get for $20. This pan is great because it is so versatile. I have made

Variations to Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars

If you love cookie dough, you probably have already thought of a 100 different ways to make these. I would recommend:

  • Peanut Butter Chips
  • Butterscotch chips
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Flavored Extracts

 

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Klondike Bars

Ingredients for Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars

  • Brown Sugar
  • Unbleached All Purpose Flour
  • Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Salt
  • Pure Vanilla Extract

How to Make  Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars

In a large bowl (or stand mixer) cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla extract. Using a large spoon or spatula stir in chocolate chips. Place in Pampered Chef Brownie Pan to freeze. In a Pampered Chef Small MicroCooker (or Double Boiler) melt chocolate in the microwave. Remove cookie dough from brownie pan and place a tablespoon of melted chocolate into each spot in the Brownie Pan. Put the Cookie Dough onto the top and cover with more melted chocolate. Freeze for a minimum of an hour to set up and for the chocolate to harden. Remove from freezer 20-30 minutes prior to eating to allow the bars to soften up.

Cookie Dough Klondike Bars

A No-Bake Dessert recipe that is perfect for summertime. Get the kids in the kitchen to make your very own Cookie Dough Klondike Bars!

Ingredients

  • 1 C Brown Sugar
