I have a weakness for Cookie Dough. So does just about everyone I know. These no bake cookie dough bars, which taste like a Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bar, is something I can not live without. Since this recipe is based off my Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough recipe, I know it is a recipe that the kids love. When it is dipped in chocolate, come on, who isn’t going to want to eat it.

Ingredients for Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars
- Brown Sugar
- Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Unsalted Butter
- Salt
- Pure Vanilla Extract
How to Make Chocolate Covered No Bake Cookie Dough Bars
In a large bowl (or stand mixer) cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla extract. Using a large spoon or spatula stir in chocolate chips. Place in Pampered Chef Brownie Pan to freeze. In a Pampered Chef Small MicroCooker (or Double Boiler) melt chocolate in the microwave. Remove cookie dough from brownie pan and place a tablespoon of melted chocolate into each spot in the Brownie Pan. Put the Cookie Dough onto the top and cover with more melted chocolate. Freeze for a minimum of an hour to set up and for the chocolate to harden. Remove from freezer 20-30 minutes prior to eating to allow the bars to soften up.

Ingredients
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1 ⅓ C Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- ½ C Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Stick ½ C Unsalted Butter, Softened
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions

- Place in Pampered Chef Brownie Pan to freeze.
