2whole Eggs
3teaspoonsVanilla Extract
2cupsFlour
¾cupsCocoa Powderbuy in bulk on Amazon
1-½teaspoonBaking Soda
1teaspoonSalt
1-½cupGood Quality Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
2cupsGood Quality White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Warm and pre-heat your oven to 350°F.
Using a mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy, scraping the sides once with a spatula. Next, add one egg at a time, mixing after each egg. Mix in vanilla.
In a separate bowl sift together the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Now this is important, add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients a cup at a time to the mixer. You don't want to over mix so pay attention to the mixture. Once the dry ingredients become incorporate add another cup until combined.
Gently blend in chocolate chips and white chocolate chips....and I dare ya not to take a bite!
For Cookies: Using a cookie scoop, add 1 tablespoon portions to a baking sheet. Make the cookies extra decadent by adding 3 white chocolate chips to the top of the cookie dough. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are barely done but still soft and chewy.
For Brownies: Now you will have enough dough to turn the cookies into a brownie. In a greased 9x9 pan, pour half the batter into the pan and spread until the bottom of the pan is covered with the cookie dough. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cookies and brownies cool on a baking rack. Enjoy with a TALL glass of milk!
