Ingredients
4TBSPCoconut Oil
1 ½cupplus 2 TBSP Unsweetened Almond Milk
2largeEggs
2cupUnbleached Floursifted
½TBSPCinnamon
2TSPBaking Powder
1PinchSalt
Instructions
In a large bowl add Coconut Oil, milk and eggs. Stir to Combine.
Sift in flour, cinnamon baking powder and salt.
Mix together until combined. Be sure not to over mix.
Spray a ⅓ C measuring cup with non-stick spray and measure batter out onto a greased (butter, oil, spray) griddle.
Cook each pancake until it begins to bubble at the top and flip, cooking another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
