½tspground cumin
½tsppepper flakes
⅓cupwater
4cupsshredded cheddar cheese (makes approximately 8 shells)
Taco Toppings
salsa
diced onion
diced tomatoes
shredded cheese
lettuce

Instructions
Brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic then drain the grease.
Add in the chili powder, ground cumin, pepper flakes, and water. Allow the meat to simmer in the seasonings for 15-20 minutes if the mixture is thick add a little bit more water.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place a ½ C. shredded cheddar cheese 2-3" apart on the baking sheet and gently spread out in a circular shape.
Bake for 6-8 minutes.
While the shells are baking grab a few tall kitchen items - large coffee can, a salt container, etc. Place a wooden skewer across them. I ended up using a few large spatula handles as we were out of the skewers.
Remove the cheese from the oven and use a spatula to gently hang the cheese shells to let them set.
Fill the cheese shells with taco meat and then top with your favorite taco toppings!
