Ingredients
1lblean ground beef
1onion, diced
2clovesgarlic, minced
2medium potatoes, peeled and diced
3 ½cbeef broth
28ozdiced tomatoes with juice (use rotel if you want heat)
1cancondensed tomato soup
1 ½tspWorcestershire sauce
1tspItalian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
3cmixed vegetables, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Brown the onion, ground beef and garlic. Be sure to drain off any fat.
Add in potatoes, broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Simmer covered 10 minutes.
Stir in vegetables. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
