Ingredients
4ozsemi-sweet chocolate
¼cmilk chocolate chips
2large egg yolks
2tbspgranulated sugar
1cwhipping cream
chocolate sprinkles for garnishing
Instructions
Using the double-boiler method, melt both of your chocolates and set aside.
In a medium-sized saucepan, whisk together egg yolks, 1 tbsp sugar, and ¼ cup cream over medium heat – do not allow it to boil. Remove from heat and add to your melted chocolate.
Whisk and allow to cool.
Using either a stand mixer or an electric mixer, mix the remaining sugar and cream until you get stiff peaks. Pour chocolate mixture and fold.
Place into your serving dishes and allow to chill in the fridge for at least one hour. When serving, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
