  • 1 lb. of Butter
  • 2 cups of Sugar
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 lb. of Chopped Pecans
  • 3 cups of Flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of Powdered Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla


  • Start by creaming together butter and sugar.
