Ingredients

For the Bread:

  • cups shredded part skim mozzarella
  • 1 oz cream cheese cubed
  • cup finely ground almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten

Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • ½ teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of your baking dish with olive.
  • In a medium microwave safe mixing bowl, add your mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix. Microwave for 30 more seconds.
  • Add the almond flour, the baking powder and the egg. Mix well then knead with your hands. You will want to mix before the dough cools and starts to set.
  • Press the dough into the prepared baking dish.
  • Add your toppings, pressing into the dough gently
  • Bake for approximately, 15-20 minutes. Until golden brown
