Keto Friendly Focaccia Recipe

For the Bread:
- 1½ cups shredded part skim mozzarella
- 1 oz cream cheese cubed
- 1½ cup finely ground almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 large egg lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- ½ teaspoon thyme
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of your baking dish with olive.
In a medium microwave safe mixing bowl, add your mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix. Microwave for 30 more seconds.
Add the almond flour, the baking powder and the egg. Mix well then knead with your hands. You will want to mix before the dough cools and starts to set.
Press the dough into the prepared baking dish.
Add your toppings, pressing into the dough gently
Bake for approximately, 15-20 minutes. Until golden brown
