- cream cheese
- almond flour
- baking powder
- egg
- rosemary leaves
- Pink Himalayan salt
- thyme
How to Make Keto Friendly Focaccia Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of your baking dish with olive.
In a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl, add your mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix. Microwave for 30 more seconds.
Add the almond flour, the baking powder, and the egg. Mix well then knead with your hands. You will want to mix before the dough cools and starts to set.
Press the dough into the prepared baking dish.
