Ingredients
8ounceCream cheesesoftened
½cupMayonnaise
1 ½cupsshredded cheddar cheese
2Tablespoonsgreen onionminced
1teaspoonchopped parsley
¼teaspoongarlic powder
8slicesbacon cooked crisp and crumbled
OPTIONAL - 10 pieces of cooked bacon for the top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy. Add the cheddar cheese, green onion, parsley, and garlic powder and blend until smooth. Remove the canister from food processor, and gently fold the crumbled bacon into the mixture. Place the spread into a 9 inch glass baking dish, and smooth top evenly in dish. Place 10 pieces of cooked bacon in a lattice pattern on top of the cheese spread, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and cool for 15 minutes before serving with crackers, chips or crusty bread. Enjoy
