Ingredients
2cupsof Chia seeds
4cupsof coconut milk
1Tablespoonof vanilla
2Tablespoonsof Stevia
¼cupof cocoa powder
8 - 10 - 6ounceglass containers
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the Chia seeds, milk, vanilla, Stevia and Cocoa powder.
Mix well until all ingredients are well blended. Fill glass containers with chocolate pudding, top with chocolate chips, and chocolate shavings (OPTIONAL).
Cover containers, and place in the refrigerator. Puddings may be kept in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Enjoy!
