Ingredients
1poundof Asparagus
⅛cupof olive oil
1teaspoonof butter - melted
1cupof freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2slicesof swiss cheese torn into pieces
10piecesof bacon - cooked and crumbled
2teaspoonsof minced garlic
1teaspoonof coarse ground garlic salt
1teaspoonof coarse ground pepper
Instructions
Wash and trim the Asparagus. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place the asparagus on the parchment paper, and drizzle with the olive oil. Add the garlic, and toss.
Spread the asparagus out to a single layer, and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Place the Asparagus in the oven at 350 degrees, for about 15 minutes.
Remove the asparagus from the oven, and drizzle with the melted butter, sprinkle with the Parmesan and Swiss cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Place the asparagus back in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes, until the cheese has completely melted, and the asparagus has begun to caramelize.
Remove from the oven, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
