Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to a bowl and coat with the garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a rack on top. Line the bacon pieces on top and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes – they should only be about half way cooked.
Remove from the oven and wrap one piece of bacon around each shrimp, hold in place with a tooth pick.
In a small mixing bowl add the butter and the barbecue sauce and mix well.
Brush all over the shrimp then place into the oven. Bake for 15 Minutes, remove and eat while hot.
