you may add another ¼ teaspoon after the sauce has rested for 30 minutes

Instructions
Place the shredded cucumber on a paper towel to absorb excess water.
In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, fresh Dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and red pepper flakes.
Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
After 30 minutes, taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
