1box16 oz Angel Food Cake mix (I used Duncan hines)
1can21 oz. lemon pie filling
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Lightly oil a 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the angel food cake mix with the lemon pie filling. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-24 minutes. Until the top is golden and the edges are set. The toothpick will come out clean when inserted in the middle
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or fresh whipped cream.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days on the counter or up to 1 week in the fridge.
