Fill a medium mixing dish with the jello and boiling water.

Continue stirring until all of the jello is dissolved.

Pour in the vodka. Stir.

Arrange your shot cups in a line and fill them up almost to the top, leaving a small amount of space. This prevents spills while rearranging them.

Let them chill in the refrigerator for two hours or until fully set.

When ready to serve, put a candy eye in the center of the top of each shot.
