Instructions
Dice up your jalapeno, removing the seeds.
Chop your red onion in small pieces.
Chop up cilantro finely.
Cut open your avocados, and remove the pits. Put it in a bowl and mash until smooth.
Add the lime juice, cilantro, onion, jalapeno, and salt. Stir.
Right before you serve, put out tortilla scoops and fill them with a spoonful of guacamole.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and stick on top of some.
