I use fresh ground course cut

sour cream

lemon juice

tbsp
mayonnaise

worcestershire sauce

tsp
salt

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, mayo, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and horseradish. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Put in fridge for 30 minutes-1 hour to thicken up.
Serve and enjoy with your prime rib!
Notes
I think it's best to make the day before so the flavors combine!
